Boudreau UTILITY Services to the RESCUE

Mobile home park’s gas returning

The gas has been off since March 22, when a gas leak caused an explosion that blew a couple of holes in a mobile home. The park provided residents portable heaters and an electric cooking plate. But residents said they could not use them at the same time because it would trip the circuit breakers.

“As far as the main line goes, that’s complete,” Gibson said. “It’s been pressure-tested and inspected by the city and it’s been inspected by SoCal Gas, so our portion of the work is complete.”

Boudreau Pipeline did not make a profit on the job.

“My employees were working 10 hours days and Saturdays,” Gibson said. “They were doing everything they could do to get that job on line from what was a six-week expectation to a three-week expectation.”

WAY TO GO TEAM BPC!
