The Slover Distribution project located in Fontana, CA is a 670,000 SF building by Fullmer Construction. Boudreau Pipelines portion of the project includes 430 LF of 8” sewer installed in Slover Ave, a small domestic water system, two connections to the San Bernardino County Flood Control Channel, 4,896 Lf of HDPE storm drainpipe, and 610 Stormtech 4500 units. 

Having the grader excavate the retention system for us at the request of Fullmer Construction was an obstacle because of the unknown finished product the grader would give us. Our team overcame this by careful coordination and communication with the grader and Fullmer to ensure that the finished product would not require additional excavation by Boudreau, thus delaying the completion of the project. Fullmer Construction was able to move ahead on the project and utilize the excess spoils from the retention system to complete the grading for the building pad.  Boudreau Pipeline prides itself on the ability to coordinate and communicate with other subcontractors to ensure a timely completion of a project.
