The Hidden Hills project located in Menifee, CA is a 2.8-million-dollar project for KB Homes. The project scope includes 30,000 Lf of sewer main and laterals, 19,395 Lf of domestic water main, and 198 water services. Every project has its obstacles and this one was not any different, the obstacle we faced with this project was coordinating with a contractor onsite installing large box culvert storm drain system, portions of the storm drain were above our work. By coordinating our schedules, we were able to install our portions of work ahead of him allowing both contractors the ability to maintain the aggressive schedule set by KB Homes. It is this type of coordination and communication that allows Boudreau Pipeline to help our client's projects to run smooth and on schedule.
