Menifee Town Center is a 140 acre project at the southwest corner of Newport Road and Haun Road that will incorporate not only the new City Hall for Menifee, but also a City parksite, a brand new Krekorian theater, restaurants and entertainment venues and multiple tracts of single family and multi-family housing.  Boudreau Pipeline has installed thousands of feet of backbone storm drain, water, sewer and recycled water to serve this 26 parcel project with a 20 man crew and a quick 100 calendar day schedule, we have exceeded the expectation of both the GC and the owner of the project.
